Controversial social media personality Cosmos Choy was pictured sharing a light moment with President William Ruto at Jesus Winners Church in Roysambu, where the head of state attended a church service.
Choy has already declared his interest in the Embakasi East Parliamentary seat after resigning from his trucking job in the U.S., where he was being paid Ksh 2 million per month.
