A social media user has sounded the alarm over a rising cartel of young men prowling Nairobi’s elite nightlife circuit, from Kilimani to Westlands and Lavington, with a sinister scheme that’s leaving women traumatized and penniless.
According to the viral post, these sharply dressed and well-groomed men blend effortlessly with Nairobi’s high-end party crowd.
They arrive in rented SUVs, buy expensive rounds of tequila, and quickly earn the trust of unsuspecting revellers — especially women out for a good time.
But once the victims agree to move to a new club or “after-party,” the nightmare begins.
The so-called “gentlemen” reportedly spike the drinks, rendering their targets dazed or completely unconscious.
By morning, the women wake up in unfamiliar Airbnbs, disoriented, and robbed of their phones, money, and dignity.
The post ends with a strong warning to all partygoers:“Ladies, always have a sober mother hen in your squad — the one who guards the drinks, the bags, and most importantly, the girls.”
