Social media was left stunned after photos from what looked like a perfect wedding surfaced alongside a heartbreaking post by a man identified only as Musyoka, who says his wife disappeared with another man during his uncle’s wedding in Makadara over the weekend.
Photos circulating online show the couple radiant and seemingly blissful at their ceremony just a few months ago — a celebration marked by dancing, speeches and family joy.
But Musyoka says that the romance has now taken a dramatic turn.
In a viral Facebook post, Musyoka claims that on Saturday his wife left the wedding venue with a man and has not returned home or answered calls since.
When he tracked down and phoned the man, Musyoka says he was met not with answers but with death threats.
“This is the guy mwenye alibeba my wife on Saturday kwa wedding ya my uncle Makadara… up to now sijui pahali bibi ako. Nikamkoll, akanitishia kuniua pamoja na watoi wangu,” Musyoka wrote, warning that anything that happens to him or his children should be pinned on the man and his wife.
The post has drawn widespread sympathy and anger online, with many Kenyans calling for authorities to investigate the disappearance and the alleged threats
