Kasarani Member of Parliament and SportPesa Chief Executive Officer Ronald Karauri has found himself at the center of controversy following claims made by a young man who alleges that the two were romantically involved.
The individual, identified on Telegram as moh_e-ghai, has claimed that he was in a relationship with Karauri, stating that they first met at Hebanos Club in Nairobi.
According to the young man, he had previously been dating another man before beginning what he describes as a relationship with the SportPesa CEO. He further alleged that during this period, he experienced a number of health complications.
Karauri, who divorced his former wife, Ruth Karauri—a Kenya Airways pilot—was later linked to Tanzanian socialite Nana Dollz. The two were reportedly in a relationship for some time before parting ways amid allegations of infidelity.
