See What Is Happening To Identity Cards Of Those Visiting State House For Handouts – Ruto’s Cunning Strategy Exposed

Over the past several months, thousands of Kenyans have been flocking to State House to benefit from a cash handout programme spearheaded by President William Ruto and his deputy, Professor Kithure Kindiki.

Reports indicate that Ruto and Kindiki have been spending billions of shillings every month in an attempt to win over the electorate, particularly residents of the Mt. Kenya region, with the ultimate goal of securing support for their re-election bid in 2027.

Faced with a daunting challenge to retain power, the two leaders are allegedly channeling vast amounts of public funds into handouts and various so-called empowerment initiatives across the country. These cash incentives are said to vary by region, ranging from as little as Sh64 in the Nyanza region to as high as Sh10,000 in the Mt. Kenya region.

With thousands of people streaming into State House each week, critics have raised concerns over the billions of taxpayers’ shillings being spent on what they claim is an elaborate scheme to buy loyalty and shore up dwindling political support.

However, there is now alarming news for those who have been frequenting the State House in search of these handouts. Speaking during an interview with Inooro FM and TV on Sunday, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua made explosive allegations regarding a plot to manipulate the forthcoming 2027 General Election.

According to Gachagua, the identity cards of visitors to State House are being illegally scanned, potentially to tamper with the national voter register. He warned that many of those who have handed over their identification documents during these visits could later find their names missing from the electoral roll.

Gachagua asserted that President Ruto is fully aware he cannot win the next election in a free and fair contest and is therefore resorting to underhand tactics to cling to power.

“Those rushing to State House for handouts must exercise caution,” Gachagua cautioned. “Ruto and his team are scanning people’s IDs, and we do not know the real purpose behind it. I strongly suspect it is part of a grand scheme to rig the 2027 elections.”

He further alleged that this data collection could be used to defraud unsuspecting Kenyans of their assets, including homes and parcels of land, through identity theft and other fraudulent activities.
