The late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga appears to have been a reincarnation of one of the ancient Egyptian kings, judging by how his death left dozens of people dead and others injured.
According to the six-thousand-year-old Egyptian civilisation, when a pharaoh died, he or she would be buried alongside servants who were meant to serve them in the afterlife.

For instance, King Djer was buried with more than 300 servants, while King Qa’a was buried with 26. The servants were slain with daggers and swords before the kings were laid to rest.
A similar scene seemed to unfold following the death of Raila Odinga last Wednesday. During the public viewing of his body at Kasarani Stadium, police opened fire on mourners, shooting four people in the head and killing them instantly.
At Nyayo Stadium, where another body viewing took place on Friday, two more people lost their lives in a stampede inside the venue.
Neither the government nor the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) issued any statement regarding the deaths, making it appear as though the incidents were part of some silent ritual. ODM leaders have remained silent on the killings, instead focusing their attention on securing their place within the so-called broad-based government.
The government, led by President William Ruto, has also maintained silence, while the compromised Kenyan media have done little to help the families of the victims find justice.
