Controversial blogger Maverick Aoko has unleashed a dossier detailing how current Homa Bay County Governor Gladys Wanga was allegedly caught by her husband while entertaining her Chief of Staff, Charles Odhiambo.
In a lengthy post on her social media, Aoko—who is alleged to be in exile in Namibia—stated that Gladys Wanga’s husband got wind that his wife was sleeping with Odhiambo, a former manager at Royal Media Services.
Aoko stated that Wanga’s husband, accompanied by armed bouncers, stormed a prominent five-star hotel in Nairobi, where he found Gladys Wanga in a compromising position with Odhiambo.
George Wanga first gave his wife a serious beating inside the hotel room, after which the bouncers subjected Odhiambo to a thorough beating that left him needing to be airlifted to South Africa for specialized treatment.
According to Aoko, the drama was eventually cooled off by former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, who was called upon by Wanga to intervene and stop the deadly encounter.
Following the drama, Raila Odinga reportedly appealed to Kisumu County Governor Prof. Anyang Nyong’o to hire Odhiambo, as he had been declared persona non grata in Homa Bay County.
