Renowned gospel singer Ben Githae has defended himself after his baby mama, identified as Rose Mwangi, accused him of being a deadbeat dad.
Rose was pictured at the Blue Springs Hotel holding a banner requesting financial assistance from his fans.
The banner read: “Please assist Ben Githae buy medicine for her daughters Sharon and Leah. Things have not been easy for him.”
However, the singer dismissed his baby mama’s claims that he had failed to support their daughters and shared M-Pesa receipts to show that he had been sending her money.
According to Githae, he has sent significant amounts of money to Rose and even used his Fuliza overdraft to ensure that his children were comfortable.
The married singer has two children with his former side chick.
