Viwandani Ward MCA Aaron Kang’ara Wangari has been arraigned before the Makadara Law Courts alongside two co-accused over allegations of robbery with violence.
The MCA, together with Kefa Munyoro and Zablon Kirima Mwangi, was charged after investigations linked them to a violent robbery that allegedly took place in Donholm on June 26, 2026.
According to investigators, the three suspects allegedly attacked three victims, violently robbing them of cash and other valuables before fleeing the scene.
The suspects were arrested following investigations into the incident and were presented before the Makadara Law Courts, where they each pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The court granted each accused a bond of Sh1 million or an alternative cash bail of Sh500,000 pending the hearing and determination of the case.
The case is expected to proceed through the court process as prosecutors present evidence against the three accused.
Under Kenyan law, robbery with violence is a serious offence, and the accused remain presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
