The family of an Administration Police officer who has been missing for several months is appealing to members of the public to help trace his whereabouts.
Afande Hosea Kemei Kipketer, popularly known as Kaptila, is from Kapnabukwesa in Marambach Village, Toboo Farm, Matumbei Ward, Endebess Constituency, Trans Nzoia County.
According to his family, Hosea was last seen on April 24, 2026, and has not been traced since then.
The Administration Police officer’s last known duty station was the Deputy County Commissioner’s Office in Naivasha, where he was attached at the time he went missing.
His prolonged disappearance has left his family deeply concerned as efforts to establish his whereabouts continue.
The family is now appealing to anyone who may have information regarding Hosea’s location to come forward and assist in bringing him home.
Anyone with information that could help locate him is urged to contact the family through 0720 480 099 or 0756 832 071, or report the information to the nearest police station.
The family has also appealed to members of the public to share his details widely in the hope that someone with information about his whereabouts will come forward.
