Residents of Kawaida in Kiambaa uncovered a suspected child trafficking syndicate operating from an apartment in Cianda Ward, leading to the arrest of two foreigners.

According to reports, angry locals stormed the premises after learning about the alleged activities and attempted to lynch the suspects.

The situation quickly turned chaotic as residents bayed for the suspects’ blood, forcing police officers to intervene and rescue them from the furious mob.

Authorities managed to disperse the crowd and safely take the two foreigners into custody as investigations into the alleged trafficking ring commenced.

The incident has sparked outrage among residents, with many calling for thorough investigations and stern action against anyone found involved in child trafficking activities.

Police have not yet released further details regarding the identities of the suspects or the children allegedly linked to the syndicate.
