Senior police officers have visited Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Deputy Director John Onyango following the death of his wife.
The delegation was led by Deputy Inspector General of the Kenya Police Service, Mr Eliud Lagat, who was accompanied by senior officers from both the Kenya Police Service and the DCI.
The officers visited Onyango to convey their condolences following the loss of his wife and to stand with the family during the difficult period of mourning.
In a message shared by the Kenya Police Service, DIG Lagat conveyed condolences to Onyango and his family on behalf of the entire Kenya Police Service.
He also assured the bereaved family of the Service’s support as they mourn their loved one.
The visit brought together senior members of the security fraternity, highlighting the solidarity within the Service during moments of personal loss.
The Kenya Police Service expressed its sympathy to Onyango and his family as they come to terms with the loss.
