Tanzanian tech entrepreneur Isaya Yunge, who recently married President William Ruto’s daughter Charlene Ruto, once tried to pursue a relationship with the niece of former Guinean President Lansana Conté.
The woman, identified as Princess Nguemaa, shared screenshots of her Instagram conversation with Yunge, offering a glimpse into their interactions before he became romantically linked to Charlene.
According to the messages, Yunge approached Nguemaa on Instagram and repeatedly expressed his desire to meet her.
However, Nguemaa appeared reluctant to respond to his advances, with the entrepreneur at one point complaining about the amount of time she was taking to reply.
Their last reported conversation took place in February this year, when Yunge appeared eager to arrange a meeting while Nguemaa remained seemingly unresponsive.
Nguemaa later shared the private exchange on her Instagram account, drawing attention to Yunge’s earlier attempts to meet her.
In a post accompanying the screenshots, she also appeared to take a swipe at Charlene Ruto.
