4 Suspects Arraigned For Attacking And Robbing a Senior ODM Official of Huge Sums of Money at a Wines And Spirits Joint

Four suspects have been arraigned at the Lodwar Law Courts over the alleged violent robbery of Turkana ODM Deputy Chairman Abraham Losinyen.

The accused, Philestone Aleta, Johnica Ebei Emanikor, James Naw Lokwaton, and Eric Esekon , face charges of robbery with violence and malicious damage to property following an incident on April 8, 2026, at 3 Sisters Wines and Spirits in Turkana Central.

According to the prosecution, the four allegedly attacked Losinyen using stones, robbed him of KSh 350,000, and took his vehicle’s ignition key.

They are also accused of damaging his Toyota Prado, with the destruction valued at KSh 314,700.

The suspects pleaded not guilty when they appeared before Principal Magistrate Nerolyne Idagwa.

The case is scheduled for mention on May 4, 2026.
