The late Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) Head of Data Protection, Rosemary Kimwatu, had lodged a formal complaint against her boss, accusing her of bullying and harassment at the workplace.
In an email sent to the bank’s Human Resources department in May this year, Rosemary reportedly complained about her working relationship with her boss, whom she described as a narcissist.
In the email, Rosemary also claimed that she had left an abusive marriage and accused her boss of conspiring with her estranged husband, Kevin Migwe, in an attempt to have her admitted to a mental health facility.
She further alleged that Kevin and her boss were working together to frustrate her, describing both of them as narcissists.
