You Are Using Witchcraft To Be Loved By Kenyans Like Raila – Ruto Accuses Sifuna

President William Ruto is using his 2022 political strategy to make sure that he is re-elected in 2027. With less than a year to the 2027 presidential election, Ruto’s chances of being re-elected are becoming slimmer and slimmer due to the re-emergence of youthful leaders like Nairobi County Senator Edwin Sifuna, who is the Linda Mwananchi leader.

Having ruined the country’s economy and overseen the killing of young people in the last four years, President William Ruto’s chances of being re-elected are 1 in 10.

To try to rescue his sinking boat, the President has started employing tactics he used in 2022 to woo his followers, who have reduced tenfold.

Speaking in Bomet County on Wednesday, President William Ruto accused Sifuna of using witchcraft to endear himself to the masses.

“Sifuna rudi kwa Sponsor na Waganga wako wakupee agenda. Hii Kenya hakuna watu wajinga. You are brainless,” Ruto said.

This is not the first time the President has used witchcraft to murky the name of his political competitors. In the run up to the 2022 presidential election, Ruto, who was competing for president, used witchcraft to taint the name of late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga. Funny enough, after winning the 2022 presidential election, Ruto invited late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga to form a broad based government.

The President’s remarks have sparked debate on social media, with many Kenyans questioning why a sitting president would resort to such language against a political opponent.

Sifuna has not yet responded to the President’s accusations, but his supporters have dismissed them as desperate attempts to undermine his growing influence.

Political analysts have noted that Ruto’s strategy of using witchcraft accusations against his opponents is a dangerous tactic that could backfire. They argue that the President should instead focus on addressing the economic challenges facing the country and delivering on his promises to Kenyans.

With the 2027 elections approaching, the political temperature is rising, and Kenyans are watching closely to see who will emerge victorious.
