Kiharu Member of Parliament Ndindi Nyoro has been spotted at State House, Nairobi, with a vehicle bearing Tanzanian number plates.
Nyoro, who is also the People’s Party of Kenya party leader, has been pretending that he is a member of the united opposition, but at night he dines with State House mandarins and broad-based members.
According to a Kenyan on X identified as Jimmy Kings, Ndindi pretends to be with the opposition, but during the night he makes nocturnal visits to the house on the hill.
Kings said Ndindi Nyoro sneaks to State House using a Land Cruiser Prado with Tanzanian number plates to meet his boss, President William Ruto.
The revelations come a day after Democracy for Citizens Party leader Rigathi Gachagua said State House gave Ndindi Nyoro Sh200 million to start the People’s Party of Kenya to divide the vote in the rich Mt Kenya region.
The revelations also come a day after Nandi Senator Samson Cherargei, a self-described government apologist, said Nyoro is a government project and that he is on a mission to divide the Mt Kenya vote ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The claims have sparked widespread debate on social media, with many Kenyans questioning Nyoro’s true political allegiance. If the allegations are true, they would confirm Gachagua’s long-held assertion that Nyoro is a state mole planted in the opposition to fragment the Mt Kenya vote bloc.
Nyoro has not yet responded to the allegations, but his recent political maneuvers have raised eyebrows among opposition leaders who view him with suspicion.
