It has now emerged that Charlene Ruto’s newly-wed husband, Isaya Yunge, has an adoptive Kikuyu father identified as Solomon Waigwa.
Solomon was over the moon as he took to social media to congratulate his adopted son after he tied the knot with Charlene Ruto in a traditional wedding ceremony.
According to information emerging about Isaya’s background, he was adopted by Solomon after his biological parents divorced when he was still a young boy.
Solomon is also the father of Wachira Waigwa, a US-based tech millionaire who has reportedly built a career in the technology industry.
Wachira and Isaya are said to be business partners, having worked together in the tech space.
Isaya’s early life was reportedly difficult after his parents separated, with claims that he was rejected by his biological family and eventually found himself living on the streets.
His life reportedly took a different turn after Solomon took him in and raised him as his own son.
Solomon’s recent congratulatory message to Isaya following his wedding has now brought attention to the close bond between the two.
