Panic has gripped a family in Naivasha after a young woman identified as Gladys Wambui Ndung’u reportedly disappeared after leaving home to pick up her KCSE results at Shiners Girls.
Gladys has been missing since last Friday, with her family unable to establish her whereabouts.
According to her mother, Margaret Muthoni, she called Gladys at around 12:50 p.m. on Friday to confirm whether she had arrived safely at Shiners Girls, where she had gone to collect her KCSE results.
However, the call appears to have been the last communication between the two.
Her mother noticed that Gladys’ phone had gone off shortly afterwards, raising concern among family members.
Efforts to reach her have since remained unsuccessful, leaving her family worried about her safety and whereabouts.
The family is now appealing to members of the public who may have seen Gladys or have any information that could help trace her to come forward.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact her mother, Margaret Muthoni, on 0729429367 as soon as possible.
The family hopes that the appeal will help establish Gladys’ whereabouts and facilitate her safe return home.
